Content, Reviews, and Ratings

Your username is automatically displayed with reviews, ratings and comments you publish, and if other members choose to, they can receive email notifications of your publications or publish their own comments and ratings to your reviews.
We use your reviews to personalise the site and identify/feature popular members. For example, we may promote the most popular reviews and members. While we don't expect to transfer the complete review and member database to others, we use the database throughout our networks and to generate results for others.

Controlling your Personal Information

If you do not want to receive e-mail from us you can change your notification settings within the “My Profile” section of the site. Also, upon your request, Xantica will use commercially reasonable efforts to functionally remove you and your personal information from the site; however, it may be impossible to remove your entry without some residual information being retained by Xantica. Registered users who wish to close their account should contact admin@xantica.com.

Sharing of Personal Information

We do not sell, rent or share personal information with third parties without your prior consent except in the limited circumstances described in this policy. We may share personal information with third-party vendors who assist us in performing functions necessary to operate our business.
