We feel that it is important to enable the Xantica community to interact with each other in regard to services provided or received by our business customers and engage and share ideas and skills with the online community and friends, whether it is craft making, health & beauty, sports, parenting, hobbies, building tips, or housekeeping. The idea is to create a culture whereby our consumers connect with each other and businesses in order to share common ground and ideas. We hope that this will help businesses to engage personably with their online customers where recommendations and testimonials will go a long way in building relationships between consumer and businesses, and increase awareness of their products and services. This does not happen with traditional business directories.
Through providing a social network outlet we intend to increase the visitation of our consumers towards an average weekly experience. Most of us at present only use a business directory five or six times a year at best.
